Non-Exclusive Beat Lease Agreement

1. Delivery

Client receives:

• WAV

• MP3

2. Grant of License

Guapmalice grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the beat for:

• Streaming up to 50,000 streams

• Music videos up to 100,000 views

• Live performances (unlimited non-profit shows, no major commercial touring permitted under this license)

This license is royalty-free until usage limits are reached.

3. Restrictions

Client may NOT:

• Register the beat in Content ID • Resell or sublicense the beat

4. Ownership

Guapmalice retains full ownership of the beat.

5. Credit

Required credit: "Prod. Guapmalice"
